We offer free shipping on all orders over $70 in the U.S. We ship all orders within 2 business days. You'll be provided with a tracking number once order has been shipped. Please note delivery times may vary depending on your location. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following business day. Any concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to contact us. If you are local (Houston, Tx) same day meeting is available. Contact us by email for confirmation first.
Return & Exchange Policy
All products are final, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. We do not accept requests for cancellation of orders or the return of items unless the item you purchased is defective upon our confirmation. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at gemwear101@gmail.com. We do not accept defective or incorrect items no refunds after 7 days. Please send us an email first with your order number, details of the product, image of the part of defect and your invoice number. We will get back to you if the item is eligible for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If an item cannot be replaced, the purchase price will be refunded.
